Thank you for choosing to engage with the Society of Elite Résumé Writers and Coaches. We take your commitment to invest in your business advancement seriously. We are excited to help you with the tools and strategies that have helped our clients get great results.

To help us have a solid start, here are the terms and conditions to accept with your purchase. You never have to look at these again since we do all we can to make sure you are satisfied. However, our lawyer has us submit this as a point of clarity for all parties involved.

The Society offers a variety of services including coaching, group coaching, trainings (virtual or online), courses, certifications, products, etc. However, we offer no guarantees of results as a result of using our services. In fact, no business service provider should or can.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any certification, course, membership, event, or program offered by the Society of Elite Résumé Writers & Coaches (“SERWC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“you” or “the participant”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

SERWC provides professional development opportunities, including but not limited to:

- Industry-recognized certifications for résumé writers and career coaches

- Paid memberships with community access and ongoing training resources

- Online and in-person courses and workshops

- Events, masterminds, and webinars

All services are intended for professional development and business growth within the résumé writing and career coaching industry.

3. Payment and Billing

All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.

Pricing may change at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

SERWC does not offer refunds on any courses, memberships, certifications, or events, unless explicitly stated in the specific product or program description.

If a refund exception applies, the terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting SERWC support at [insert contact email].

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Membership access, including community features, vault content, and exclusive training, will be revoked at the time of cancellation.

No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions.

6. Certification Policies

Certification credentials are granted only upon meeting all stated requirements, including course completion, assessments, and compliance with SERWC’s Code of Ethics.

SERWC reserves the right to revoke certification in cases of misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, certification content, event recordings, and community resources are the intellectual property of SERWC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share SERWC materials without prior written consent.

8. Code of Conduct

By participating in SERWC offerings, you agree to:

- Engage respectfully in community spaces and events.

- Uphold SERWC’s values of professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.

- Not use SERWC platforms for harassment, solicitation unrelated to career services, or any unlawful purpose.

SERWC reserves the right to suspend or remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

SERWC makes no guarantees regarding client acquisition, income increases, or career advancement resulting from participation.

- Our services are educational and professional in nature and do not replace individualized legal, financial, or psychological advice.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERWC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

SERWC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
