Course Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

- These terms are a legal agreement between you (“Participant”) and iRock Development Solutions, LLC d.b.a. iRock Résumés (“iRock,” “we,” “us,” “our”). They apply to all courses including online, self-paced, hybrid, live, workshops, and webinars. By purchasing or accessing a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

2. Course Access and Use

- We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, record, publish, distribute, or use the material outside of what is expressly allowed in writing by iRock.

3. Fees and Payments

- You agree to pay all listed fees before accessing any course content. Prices and payment terms are as posted at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or processing fees.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

- Refund eligibility depends on the specific course details published at purchase and normally are issued prior to accessing the course and within 7 days of live course. If you seek a refund, you must request it in writing within the time frame stated in the course description. If you have accessed or downloaded content, full refunds are non-refundable due to the nature if it being intellectual property with no way of recovering content.

5. No Guaranteed Results

- We provide tools, training, and support, but do not guarantee specific outcomes including professional advancement, job offers, or credentials. Your success depends on your own effort and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, and content are owned by iRock Development Solutions, LLC d.b.a. Society of Elite Résumé Writers and Coaches (“SERWC”) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, repurpose, distribute, share, sell, license, or use any materials except as expressly permitted for your personal use within the course.

You acknowledge that the content is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. SERWC may monitor use of its intellectual property and take action against unauthorized use. If SERWC discovers unauthorized use or infringement, SERWC may pursue all available legal remedies, including prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. You agree that SERWC may recover all enforcement costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and damages permitted by law, and may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach this clause.

7. Confidentiality

- You agree not to share any confidential information you receive outside of what is permitted in writing. Likewise, iRock will treat participant information as confidential subject to our privacy policy.

8. Data Use

- By enrolling, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in our privacy policy, including for course delivery and communications.

9. Behavior and Code of Conduct

- You agree to act respectfully during any live sessions or community interactions. Harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of access without refund.

10. Modifications

- We may update these terms from time to time. If changes affect your rights, we will notify you. Continued access constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

- These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
